FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP

Public transportation has become increasingly inconvenient and extremely time consuming.  To the executive who knows that time is money,  flight delays caused by increased security measures, schedule delays and layovers are costly. 

One solution is ownership of a private jet.  Unfortunately, today’s private jet costs millions of dollars in purchase price, operation, insurance and maintenance.  When considering the time a private jet is unused by an individual owner (recent studies indicate unused time at 95%), there is little justification in solely owning a private aircraft.

Co-ownership is a positive solution.  By sharing ownership with other executives, the aircraft is utilized a greater percentage of the time and the costs to the individual are dramatically reduced.  Santa Barbara Aircraft  Management will identify the mission of a group of owners and identify the aircraft capable of performing that mission.
